Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification or professional certification in accounting, business accounting or finance with at least 8 years of working experiences
• Experienced finance leaders with a proven track record of leadership in a shared services management, with a strong sense of accountability and able to work independently
• Candidates with experience in the insurance industry, financial advisors’ firms or a shared service environment are preferable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish credibility and rapport
• Experience in change management and process improvements
