Job Summary:

This role will be crucial in establishing our financial processes and controls, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting our rapid growth. It oversees the company’s financial operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee full set accounting, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, monthly financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, and banks,
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises, providing strategic insights to support the company’s financial goals.
• Internal Controls & Systems: Develop and implement internal controls, accounting and financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
• Audit & Year-End Closing: Manage audit processes and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle special projects and provide financial support for the company’s listing process and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven experience in financial management is required, preferably in a start-up and/or high tech environment
• Strong understanding of the local financial regulatory environment
• Positive attitude, can-do mindset, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with global teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools

Requirement:

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus.
