Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager in implementing improvements to Singlife’s products through various actions, such as new product propositions, product enhancement, rationalisation, and initiatives to improve persistency, sales/revenue, and cost reductions.
• Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas based on customer research, market analysis, distributor and customer feedback, and complaints.
• Assist in determining product features, benefits, and their viability by considering market information such as pricing and competitiveness.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch activities, including marketing materials, launch events, training, and regulatory matters.
• Assist in the review of existing products to present during the Annual Product Review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards related to product management.
• Support the ongoing assessment of products, including responding to queries about product features, benefits, and differentiation across functions and distribution channels.
• Coordinate Fair Dealing product due diligence to determine suitable customer segments, appropriate distribution channels, and any compulsory training or tests.
