Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our team in a leadership role that combines accounting, financial management, and office management responsibilities. position requires a proactive and autonomous individual who can ensure efficient financial operations and effective management of the Singapore office while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Financial Management
â—Ź Oversee invoice processing, including receiving and issuing invoices based on reports provided by the Quality Assurance and Reporting teams.
â—Ź Ensure proper management of all financial accounts and adherence to local regulations.
â—Ź Assist directors with budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial tasks as requested.
â—Ź Maintain proficiency in Xero and Excel to manage and analyze financial data efficiently.
Office and Team Management
â—Ź Lead and manage a growing team, starting with three staff members and expanding to ten within 12 months.
â—Ź Oversee daily workloads, ensure staff adherence to schedules, and maintain operational efficiency.
â—Ź Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and compliance with local business regulations.
â—Ź Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership, delegation, and communication.
Reporting and Compliance
â—Ź Provide financial and operational reports to company directors.
â—Ź Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Reporting teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
â—Ź Implement and monitor compliance protocols in line with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
â—Ź Chartered accountancy qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
â—Ź Experience in accounting, financial management, and office administration.
â—Ź Ability to manage teams and handle complex operations.
â—Ź Proficiency in Xero and Excel.
â—Ź Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
