Job Description and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets. Monitor and report on budget variances. Develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.

Key accountabilities:

Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyse customer business needs, processes, and objectives to deliver tailored S/4HANA Cloud solutions.

Solution Configuration & Implementation

• Recommend and implement optimal S/4HANA Cloud solutions to meet customer requirements.

Project Implementation & Delivery

• Ensure timely and efficient S/4HANA Cloud implementation, meeting project milestones.
• Proactively identify, document, and address potential risks and challenges, escalating as necessary.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Regularly engage with customer stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance throughout the implementation process.

Training

• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training sessions for customer teams.

Sales Support & Presales Activities

Minimum Requirements (must have):

• At least of 5 years of experience with SAP Finance (FICO) modules in SAP S/4Hana Cloud projects, including a minimum of 2 years in a consulting capacity within a professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
• Strong finance domain knowledge,particularly in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of finance-related business processes in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, distribution, or construction industries coupled with strong problem-solving skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and address complex customer challenges.
• Ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and adapt to changing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage leadership and key stakeholders.
