Key Responsibilities

Purpose of Job

The Head of Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”) serves as an integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the global direction of the organization, of the FSSC team. He /she is also responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of deliverables emanating from FSSC, and to provide support and guidance to the team.

Core Functions/Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of FSSC, which includes the functions AP, GL, AR, Credit, Income Audit and Cost Control.
• Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly deadlines to Hotels and to HQ.
• Provides meaningful analysis to Hotels’ financials to aid Management decision making process.

Duties:

· Handle treasury tasks like managing bank accounts, internet banking, and requesting fixed deposit rates, while preparing updates on cash portfolios.

· Reconcile carpark collections and refunds.

· Verify audited sales reports and follow up with customers for pending reports.

· Perform administrative duties, including uploading invoices, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
