Responsibilities

• Support regional activites by reviewing business case analysis for new deals
• In collaboration with the Regional Commercial Team you will support the contract management of the customers in the region
• Review and validate customer performance against contract commitments
• Ensure regional growth and margin expansion, cost control
• Participate in Budget and Forecasting process of the region including coordination of the monthly volume forecasting process
• Prepare Rebate Reconciliation and analysis of actuals
• Support regional supply chain by validating and monitoring import duty payments and other supply chain related activities
• Liaise with accounting for the closing process such as Sales Returns, Warranty Reserves, Inventory Reserve, regional sales performance, etc.
• Prepare and analyze financial data for month end reporting.
• Support annual external audit activities and financial statement preparation
• Assist Corporate Treasurer with Cash Management activities for the region.
• Support tax compliance for the region
• Responsible for Finance Process improvements
• Supervise the Regional Finance Manager in the regions
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field
• At least 10 years as a financial analyst with proven financial acumen & commercial business partnering
• Proven experience of working in MNC environment
• Equip with people management experience
  Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications required
• Willing to travel when required (twice a year)

• Lead the Design and development function for Payments and Remittance withing Digital Technology function
• Enforce best practices in code quality and release/deployment process to achieve near zero production incidents.

Requirements

• Mandatory – Very good understanding of Payments and Remittance from both functional and technical aspects from a retail consumer perspective

• Mandatory - Experience in design Cloud native, Event based and Microservice Architecture.
