Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of product and solution development.
• Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Prior exposure to HNW / Retail insurance product is preferred.
