Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our team in a leadership role that combines accounting, financial management, and office management responsibilities. position requires a proactive and autonomous individual who can ensure efficient financial operations and effective management of the Singapore office while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Financial Management
● Oversee invoice processing, including receiving and issuing invoices based on reports provided by the Quality Assurance and Reporting teams.
● Ensure proper management of all financial accounts and adherence to local regulations.
● Assist directors with budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial tasks as requested.
● Maintain proficiency in Xero and Excel to manage and analyze financial data efficiently.
Office and Team Management
● Lead and manage a growing team, starting with three staff members and expanding to ten within 12 months.
● Oversee daily workloads, ensure staff adherence to schedules, and maintain operational efficiency.
● Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and compliance with local business regulations.
● Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership, delegation, and communication.
Reporting and Compliance
● Provide financial and operational reports to company directors.
● Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Reporting teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
● Implement and monitor compliance protocols in line with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
● Chartered accountancy qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
● Experience in accounting, financial management, and office administration.
● Ability to manage teams and handle complex operations.
● Proficiency in Xero and Excel.
● Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
