Responsibilities

• To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs / objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office with preparing and submitting KYC profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
• Perform back ground checks, name screenings, and public searches to check clients for adverse news
• Work to establish a clear Source of Wealth profile, using client data, publicly available information and corporate records
• Sourcing relevant documentation, news articles, and internet searches to corroborate the clients' declarations
• Assist to accurately update profiles and submissions and work in conjunction with Front office and KYC team to complete cases
• Collect, check and upload the requisite KYC documentation for account opening.

Requirements

• Previous experience preparing and submitting enhanced due diligence profiles
• At least 5 years banking experience
• Proficient in performing screenings, corporate searches and back ground checks
• Strong communication skills – able to manage relationships with both clients, internal and external stakeholders
• A strong history working in conjunction with Compliance and KYC
• Have a strong understanding of Risk

Job Description:

This role will provide support to Group Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) - Intelligence, in the roll-out of COSMIC, a digital platform for financial institutions (FIs) to share with one another relevant information on customers and transactions to prevent money laundering (ML), terrorism financing (TF) and proliferation financing (PF).

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and enrich internal and external sources of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) intelligence, including but not limited to information from competent authorities, typology reports by reputable governmental/non-governmental bodies, and the Bank’s internal AFC surveillance sources/systems/models.
• Conduct strategic analysis to identify money laundering, terrorist financing and other emerging financial crime trends or patterns that may have an impact to the Bank; and conduct operational analysis to identify specific entities or networks that may pose financial crime risks to the Bank.
• Provide timely and concise updates to relevant stakeholders on the outcomes of strategic/operational analyses, including the assessment of the financial crime risks, its potential impact to the Bank and the possible risk management actions.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an investigative or intelligence related anti-financial crime (AFC) role in a financial institution, law enforcement agency or similar fields where investigative/research skills and approaches are employed.
• Able to conduct sound research to gather relevant information from various sources, and apply suitable analytical skills to discover insights, draw conclusions and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Able to appreciate how financial crime-related developments locally and internationally may have an impact to the Bank.
• Proficiency with online research tools/databases and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of how data analytics can be deployed in the AFC intelligence space.
• Strong sense of integrity, self-driven, inquisitive, and resourceful.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with “Collaborative Sharing of ML/TF Information & Cases” (COSMIC)
• Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business or any related field
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or a Diploma in AML with International Compliance Association will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Futures & Options clearing and Backoffice platforms.
• Work closely with teams in F&O Business, Marketing, Client Solutions, and Operations to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with global tech teams on requirement analysis, project milestones, and testing.
• Manage relationships with external vendors delivering clearing and Backoffice platforms.
• Organize and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery.

Position Overview

T&M Operations -TMO operates as a Regional Processing Center (Hub & Spoke) supporting T&M businesses in the region. The hub and spoke model allow T&M business to scale up while remaining agile in product and service offerings in the fast, evolving market environment. As T&M business expands product offerings in the region coupled with the dynamic regulatory environment, T&M Ops leverages on this unique advantage to continue to standardize processes to manage processing risk and to facilitate automation as well as governance of service level and quality.

Staff is given opportunities to undertake Trade Reporting support role, exposure to engage with the Legal & Compliance, T&M Business and Technology, Co-create and co-partner in our continual pursuit towards compliant and accurate Regulatory Reporting obligation to major Jurisdictions e.g MAS, ASIC, MiFID, EMIR, CFTC etc

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide end to end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products to fulfil regulatory reporting obligation

2. Ensure Data accuracy and timely reporting

3. Ensure Risk Control, risk architecture and completeness are adhered to

4. Be Data driven, build and measure TMO Performance Service, Quality and Data Analysis via DDOM (Data Driven Operating Model) Dashboards

5. Review legacy processes and exception handling to eliminate toil in processes and cultivate FO & L&C changing behavior

Trade Repository (TR) Reporting

1. Validate on the daily TR reports being House and or Client Delegation.

2. Investigate on any discrepancies and investigation on root cause

3. Monitor the report acknowledgement and investigate for any rejected trades.

4. Review the successfully submitted report in DTCC-GTR and EOD completeness

5. Engage on the build of TR Reporting (new, revise, update)

6. Keep abreast of regulatory updates

7. Support NPA (New Product Agreement) & Lite (inclusive of PIR), review all NPAs related to TR, raise any deviations for execution, monitor till launch & signoffs

8. Support on Delegate Reporting of CFTC end to end from issuing of SLA to tagging of system and reporting obligation

Requirements:

-Qualification or experience in related field.

-Experienced in banking and financial sector preferred.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (VBA)

-Python proficiency is a plus.
