Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manages the accounting and finance staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, budget preparation, investment management and fund raising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards and requirements.

• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to supervise, evaluate and feedback to staff their work performance.
