6. Data filings and stationary procurement

7. All bank transactions.

8. Take care of all Human Resources matters for staffs including foreign workers and MOM related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Overseeing and reviewing works done by the account team

· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

· Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

· Budgeting and forecasting for the business

· Liaising with external auditors and third-party agents

· Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

· Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.

· Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.

· Negotiating payment plans.

· Managing the collection of all payments and debts.

· Responding to client inquiries.

· Processing invoices.

· Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant.

· Managing the sales ledger.

· Liaising with the CEO, customers and the sales team.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or similar.

· Previous work experience as an accountant or credit controller.

· Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.

· Good communication skills – both written and verbal

· Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

· Ability to deal with problematic clients.
