KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily and monthly billing activities timely and accurately
• Attend to billing queries by internal and external parties
• Ensure invoices are formatted and sent out according to customers’ requirements
• Liaise with upstream process owners to generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes
• File billing and supporting documents systematically
• Support GIRO upload
• Upload invoices to customers’ vendors’ portal
• Ensure accurate month-end closing
• Be part of the revenue analysis work
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned
• Assist with internal & external audits and assigned duties/projects
• Willing to work on the last weekend of the month to meet closing deadlines
• Workplace at Changi Airfreight Center (30 Airline Road)

• Responsible for full sets of accounts and ensure all the journals, AP, AR and billing as well as monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules are submitted promptly and accurately
• Prepare yearly audit report and supporting files for review, liaise with auditors on all audit issues and queries relating to the company
• Prepare quarterly GST return schedule to ensure statutory compliance
• Prepare annual income tax schedule and liaise with tax agent for the income tax filing
• Liaise with company secretary for necessary documentation
• Liaise with IT personnel to resolve any uncaptured sales transaction or any system related issues
• Prepare HQ reporting and internal management reporting as and when required
• Review and improve on current work processes/reporting for better efficiency
• Responsible for monthly and yearly account closing
• Any other ad hoc duties or projects as per assigned by superior

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and analyse financial information for reporting to Management;
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Dedication of work and working closely with your team
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Verify on daily petty cash and monthly reimbursement claims as well as handling of staff purchase
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, (eg, invoicing, stock, cash flow and other transactions)
• Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss statement, Quarterly auditor's reports and annual financial budgets
• Preparing of weekly bank reconciliation reports and summaries for management
• Analyzing of financial reports
• Review and finalize accounting work completed by your team
• To support any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or related fields
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting, including 2 years of managerial experience
• Able to work independently within minimum supervision
• Possesses leadership skills
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to plan, analyze and solve problems, conscientious and accurate
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team

About the Job:

As an experienced SAP Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions, where you will:

· Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints;

• Document functional requirements related to SAP Central Finance and Central payments business processes

· Advise clients on solution directions and the move to the new technologies (S4 HANA)

· Development of Prototypes/Proof-of-Concepts;

· Customizing of the SAP S4 HANA Central Finance & Central Payment modules

· Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team;

· Define and execute tests scenarios;

· Training of key-users and or business users;

· Develop solutions and proposals, functional fitment and value differentiation for Central Finance and Payments

About you:

You are someone we are looking for if you have the following expertise:

• Proven experience in SAP Finance and Central Finance implementation projects of at least 8 years with 3 years of S4HANA or cFin implementations experience with atleast 1 E2E implementation cycle

• Experience in the areas of SAP cFin Central payment

• Prior experience in any of other Financial modules (FI, CO, FSCM)

• Preference for relevant SAP Certification

• Broad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consulting

• Successfully completed a bachelor or master studies in IT, Engineering or Economics;

• Experience in a client facing role preferably with an ASEAN based Consulting firm
