Job Summary:
The Finance & HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and human resources activities of the company. This dual-role position requires a professional with expertise in financial management, human resources, and business administration. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, compliance with laws and regulations, and effective management of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to guide business decisions.
2. Accounting and Compliance:
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
3. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risks.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
HR Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a ositive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Conduct compensation analysis and manage salary reviews.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a finance and HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and HR regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and HR management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
