Job Description:

1. Support Department Head to:

• Supervise a team staff to oversee smooth operations flow in meeting the company's objectives and key performance indicators.
• Ensure the internal control framework is in place.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on sub-ledger including bank recompilation and accounts analysis.
• Continuously evaluate policies and procedure, tweak processes to gain productivity and seek compliance with internal controls.

Project Management:

• Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of standardization and scalable processes.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of technology driven initiatives (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics).
• Involve in the development, migration and enhancement of the Source systems and Finance system.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimally 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (eg SAP, Workday)
• Experience with system changes implementation and UAT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Sound knowledge of GST and Withholding tax

• To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite.
