As a bilingual lecturer, you will play a crucial role in teaching hospitality/tourism/marketing/finance/accounting/business-related courses to our students, thereby contributing to their academic and professional development.

Job Requirements:
· A minimum of a master’s degree in business, hospitality, tourism, accounting, finance, or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
· Teaching qualifications, such as Specialist Diploma in Adult Learning and Teaching (SDALT), Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), are highly valued.
· Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to deliver lectures effectively in Chinese.
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills to captivate students' attention.
· Student-oriented mindset, dedicated to providing a nurturing learning environment.
· Enthusiastic about learning and teaching, with a genuine desire to inspire students.
· Immediate availability would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver engaging lectures in Chinese to students enrolled in business-related courses.
· Create a conducive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
· Develop and update course materials and curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning journey.
