• Ensure timely and accurate billing of fees and charges.
• Perform monthly rental reconciliations.
• Generate monthly utility reports.
• Verify utility consumption data before billing runs.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• Conduct month-end closing activities, including preparation of relevant journals.
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with FRS and company policies.
• Liaise with external customers and internal staff on operational matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or related field.
