Responsibilities:
· Assist in month end closing including review of financial reports and prepare commentaries
· Handling mall vouchers and promotions recording and reimbursement for all stores including queries from stores or other stakeholders
· Assist in monthly cashflow forecast
· Handle queries on payment, billing and sales issue by coordinating with stores, share service team and external parties.
· Assist to prepare information for statutory audit, internal audit and income tax submission
· Support day to day finance operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
· Assist in administrative works such as filing and mails
· Handle other ad hoc duties
· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Key competencies
· Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting
· Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry
· Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls
· Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP will be an added advantage
