FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Preparation and handling of full set financial accounts
• Preparation of management reports
• Preparation of month/year end financial report for ACRA annual return
• Daily accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation
• Preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns and tax
• Preparation and submission of corporate tax
• Arrange payment and data entry into accounts system
• Prepare annual/monthly budget
• Assist issue of purchase order, verifying supplier invoice etc
• Process claims and reimbursements
• Ensure invoices are verified and duly approved before payment
• Maintain proper filing to ensure smooth documentation
• Make the transactions for authorization on banking platforms
• Communicate orally and in writing in a clear concise and impartial manner
• Monitor the progress of tasks and activities and keeps supervisor informed of progress
• Assist in the review and development of accounting policies and processes
• Assist to Issue invoices daily and acknowledge receipt
• Assist in purchasing, liaising with supplier etc
• Manage and handle all General Administrative duties

• To process vendor invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist to prepare financial statements and XBRL
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters

Sales operations

• Prepare Accounts Receivables Aging report and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in handling full set account and in-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and Income Tax Acts (ITA).
• Experience in GST and withholding tax is an added advantage.
• Effective oral and written communication, fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with teams (oral and written).
