Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Finance this role will support finance related activities such as budget preparation, month end variance analysis and reporting packs. This role will also be involves in conducting detailed financial analysis, providing data-driven insights reports and developing forecast to support decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing projects revenue recognition report by working with operations teams, PMO, billing, etc (including actual revenue recognition accounting and forecasting)

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with finance qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA
• Min 5 years’ experience in financial accounting & reporting, internal controls, or financial planning & analysis functions.

The role of a Finance Director (FD) is a broad and varied role. It involves managing a business's internal finance team, ensuring that company budgets, payments and legal obligations are met and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

Project directors have overall responsibility for the successful conclusion of construction projects. They oversee project managers, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard.

A Director of Sales, or Sales Director, manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization. [What you will be working on]
This role will be responsible for orchestrating financial compliance, analysis and budgeting, procurement and business partnering for EDB’s overseas operations, and being involved in procurement and financial system management, migration and enhancement projects.  Candidate will also be required to be familiar with incentive guidelines administered by the EDB as well as knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with senior executives, Finance personnel, researchers and lead engineers to ascertain the status of financial incentives awarded to companies.

• Assessing the achievement of incentives conditions with on-site visit and documents review.

• Reviewing claims submitted by companies, for compliance with guidelines and award letters. 

• Ensuring service delivery in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements, from planning, fieldwork and reporting.

Finance Executive

Responsibilities

· Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable function

· Processing of vendor invoices and ensuring 3-way matching are compliance to internal control requirement.

· Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statement of account and ensure completeness of transactions.

· Attend to trade and intercompany vendor enquires on payment matters or invoice discrepancies.

As a FRAP business partner, you will be responsible for supporting the IT division by providing advisory on their procure to pay activities. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders on:

• Budget management such as budget analysis/evaluation, budget preparation, monitoring and reporting
