The Client Coverage Group (CCG) / Client Service Manager Role in Global Banking & Markets Operations serves as a single point of contact for clients of the firm. The team oversees the strategy and execution of our front to back client experience, and through pre-trade engagement to day to day issue resolution, we partner with our clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding operational service. • Build, maintain and enhance client relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide clients with a single point of contact for a wide range of operational issues and account management queries, including addressing execution and position breaks
• Meet with clients to understand day to day expectations, strategic goals, and mutually agreed project plans
• Work with lines teams to ensure exceptions are process timely and queries resolved under the client’s Service Level Expectation (SLE)
• Compile and analyze metrics to assess client efficiency opportunities. Proactively review post trade metrics and monitor STP data to dynamically identify emerging issues and solutions

• Partner with Account Managers and Operations Command centers to identify change solutions and drive improvement plans

Claims Service

• Work within local and regional on operating processe and claim handling procedures to ensure that quality claim service is rendered to all customers in accordance with Claims Philosophy.

• Preparation of credit applications for new business and annual renewals
• Reviewing creditworthiness and providing independent assessment of credit risk on a portfolio of corporate clients
• Present credit cases to internal stakeholders accordingly to credit and bank policy and handle reports submitted to Credit Committee

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable

• Preferably with sector or knowledge experience in trade finance, bilateral, syndicated, real estate finance, project finance and leveraged buyout
• Strong knowledge in credit analysis, financial analysis, financial statements and industry knowledge

• Assist in month end closing including review of financial reports and prepare commentaries
• Handling mall vouchers and promotions recording and reimbursement for all stores including queries from stores or other stakeholders
• Assist in monthly cashflow forecast
• Handle queries on payment, billing and sales issue by coordinating with stores, share service team and external parties.
• Assist to prepare information for statutory audit, internal audit and income tax submission
• Support day to day finance operations including liaise with various internal and external parties on finance related matters
• Assist in administrative works such as filing and mails
• Handle other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualifications in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls
• Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP will be an added advantage
