Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Lead and in-charge the Special Projects such as:-

2. Report in Japanese regularly to our Head Office in Tokyo.

10. Prepare underwriting quotations to clients in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines.

11. Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.

Job Requirements:-

1. Minimum Degree Holder qualification;

2. At least 10 years of experience in General Insurance industry;

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese for handling local and Japanese clients;

4. Good understanding of doing Japanese business;

5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;

Job Purpose:

This is a 6 months contract role. The job purpose of the Junior Operations Analyst role is to provide support to the Head of Operations in the department daily operations. Details of the Division and Team:

• As the Principal Audit Manager (PAM) for Technology – Corporate Banking (CB) and Investment Banking (IB) – APAC, you will report to the Chief Auditor (CA) for Technology – CB, IB, and Data, under the Head of Audit for TDI. This role oversees planning, staffing, risk assessment, and the complete delivery of the annual audit plan. The portfolio primarily covers APAC Investment and Corporate Banking Technology, as well as regulatory mandated audits across 14 countries in APAC, which include audits of IT Application General Controls and technology regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities:

Your skills and experience:

• At least 10 years of direct IT audit experience across various domains, such as: Information Security (IS), Information Technology (IT), IT production controls and processes (e.g., Change / Problem Management), including related frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), Banking and Transaction Processing Knowledge
• Exposure to IB and CB or similar applications and technologies (e.g. SWIFT, e-trading platforms, digital payment systems, etc.), as well as robust knowledge of capital markets processing, with demonstrable experience in IT auditing in an investment banking context (e.g., audits of automated business controls).
• Experience in auditing IT applications supporting trading and the trade processing lifecycle F2B, including operations. Relevant instruments could include interest rate products, credit products, commodities, futures, and foreign exchange products. Knowledge of algorithmic and high-frequency trading processes would be beneficial.
• Expertise in auditing IT General Controls for applications and related IT infrastructure components.

1.1 Transaction support to Relationship Managers:

• Provide execution support to all transactions booked in Singapore by taking ownership of the loan booking process from end-to-end including coordinating with clients, internal and external parties.

• Support IT Project Managers to perform due diligence on third-party service engagement following prevailing Third-Party Risk Management framework for new and existing service engagements.
