Job Purpose

Part of Customer Service team responsible for handling all types of Ownership & Nomination transactions including policy assignment, beneficiary nomination, vesting, and delivering them within service standards and ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards.
• Handle investigation of complex cases from policyholders and financial representatives on assignments and nomination of beneficiary.
• Work collaboratively with various departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Legal, Group Risk Management on assignment, beneficiary nominations, FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) matters. Note that FATCA and CRS forms are part of submission requirements for assignments and trust nominations.
• Provide strong support in handling enquiries from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives on section cases and processes.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects.
• Review and provide continuous improvement to the section’s processes.
• Assist to document changes in workflows for the section.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

We are looking to hire a VMware Operations Engineer to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

• Possess at least 3 years of relevant VMware experience
• Experience in VMware Horizon and VCentre is required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting VDI performance and connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, and change management.
• ⁠Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for managing service requests and incidents.
• ⁠Strong understanding of VDI components such as connection servers, desktop pools, golden images, and linked clones.
• ⁠Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine management.
• ⁠
• ⁠Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management in a VDI context.
• ⁠Solid understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.).
• ⁠Knowledge of monitoring tools such as VMware vROps or similar.
• ⁠Understanding of storage technologies, including SAN and NAS, in relation to VDI.
• Experience in Powershell Scripting will be an advantage
• Willing to do weekend work on Sat and Sun, once a month on rotational basis.

The Company
Our client is an established Medical Devices MNC, looking to hire an independent and driven FP&A talent to oversee a regional portfolio. Mandatory to have regional experience in managing full P&L analysis (including Revenue) and business partnering with commercial team.

Budget
SGD 7,500 – 9,000 x 12 months + Variable Bonus

Requirements

• Degree/ ACCA qualified
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing full P&L FP&A (Regional), and proven experience in business partnering with commercial stakeholders
• Must: Relevant industry exposure from Medical Devices or industries where there is exposure to direct/ distributor/ service business models
• Exposure to margin analysis
• Excellent Excel skills
• Traits: Flexible, hardworking, hands-on, driven, independent, proactive, good communication skills, confident, able to engage and influence stakeholders
• Required: Ability to work in a lean structure, able to commit to the portfolio and thrives in a fast paced & growing business
• Exposure to Hyperion Essbase can be helpful

Job Scope

As an individual contributor and reporting to a FP&A Manager, you will be responsible in driving timely and insightful analysis, long range strategic planning, directly driving finance agenda in partnership with senior leaders and commercial & sales stakeholders. You will manage reporting, margin analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, support pricing requests from commercial team and drive performance management process. You will be responsible for scenario planning, support in identifying risks and opportunities, partner sales team in optimizing sales mix and pricing, collaborate with supply chain to evaluate & identify COGS reduction opportunities, as well as provide detailed data and financial insights to drive business performance and commercial decision making.
