Job Description

• Develop and execute non-sales channel customer acquisition strategies/ plans for DCS products and services to grow the respective targeted customer segments/ bases.
• Develop and execute strategies/ plans to grow insurance revenue by exploring additional insurance product partnership.
• Implement frictionless onboarding application for DCS products and services based on the advancement of technology and digitalization, ie virtual card issuance, instant/ same-day application status, digital/ e-signature, leveraging on S’pore - MyInfo, Credit Bureau etc
• Plan and execute monthly lead extraction for insurance partners
• Success in this role requires an understanding of finance product (credit card) and basic understanding of insurance products. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with partners, are essential to achieve the desired outcome.

Job Requirement

• Education: Minimum of diploma or above.
• Industry Experience: Relevant retail banking experience (specifically for credit card).
• Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Effective networking and relationship-building. Good problem-solving and objection handling skills. Meticulous and self motivated.
• Confidentiality: A strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and discretion required when handling the customer information.
• Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to acting in the best interests of the company and customer at all time.

• Perform the full spectrum of accounting functions including day-to-day accounting, payments, receipts
• Reviews and analyses financial performances.
• Handle HR functions including payroll and claims processing.
• Identify and participate in processes and controls improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality of financial reporting
• Review and update of policies on financial policies to facilitate continuous improvement of processes with good governance and sound internal controls
• Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Assist in corporate secretarial functions and general office admin work of a CLG
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting and payroll functions
• Working experience in public sector and charities would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
• Good working knowledge of accounting software (Xero) and MS Office applications
• Familiar with Code of Governance for Charities and IPC would be advantageous
