The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. Specific Responsibilities (Finance Related)

Donation Processing and Review

• Peruse the bank statements and identify donations received for recording in Donation Management System (DMS). To liase with the relevant parties to obtain necessary information for recording purpose (e.g. through fundraising department or liase with donors).
• Check monthly GIRO instruction file prepared by associates and upload to bank portal.
• Review records entered by associates in the DMS for donations received through various platforms and collection modes.
