Job Responsibilities

• Handle and manage full sets of accounts
• Perform month end and year end closing process from preparing journal to management account report, and report to management on timely basis
• Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
• Perform accounts payable, verify invoices, and related documents submitted for payment process
• Perform account receivable, ensure all jobs are billed, send monthly SOA to clients
• Responsible for precise accounting records for company's operations
• Prepare quarterly GST report
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, government agencies etc for statutory filing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance
• Perform costing analysis, identifying and highlight areas of improvement to improve overall margin
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting exercises
• Ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/CPA/ACCA
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in the full spectrum of financial and accounting
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

Work Location: Jurong East

Hourly Pay Rate: up to $13.50 per hour

Contract till end July 2024

Job Scope:

• Responsible for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of AP transactions by ensuring invoice processing is in accordance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preparation for month-end closing schedules
• Ad-hoc projects under process improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel skills

1. Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions

2. Managing accounts receivables and payables

• a. Sending consumables order list to Campaign HQ
• b. Managing and tracking quotations
• c. Managing all delivery orders, service reports and invoices.

3. Reviewing and processing reimbursements/claims

4. Prepare budgets

5. Maintain updated reports:

• a. Housekeeping cost tracking
• b. Cost savings
• c. Cleaning consumables price list
• d. Manpower attendance records
• e. Computing overtime cost of staffs

6. Managing billing advice and identify/address any discrepancies, payment

schedules, invoicing schedule

7. Participate in payroll process

8. Report and review billing advice with client

9. Prepare financial report via spreadsheet or power point format

10. Liaise with Campaign procurement for all purchase order request

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec
• At least 2 years experience in finance /admin
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office
• Good understanding of excel formulas & computations
• Able to work independently
• Time management and organization skills
