We are looking for Director - Products and Structured Solutions to lead the development, management, and enhancement of insurance products and structured solutions to meet client needs and market demands. He/She involves close collaboration with stakeholders, creating innovative solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tools and support to the sales team.
Job Responsibilities
· Define and implement a product vision and strategy based on market research and customer insights.
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to position and manage products effectively.
· Ensure alignment between product offerings and company objectives.
· Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including training decks, flyers, pitch decks, and placement tools.
· Support consultants by providing in-depth training and resources to enhance client engagement.
· Maintain an up-to-date product library and ensure accuracy in product comparison tables.
· Provide ongoing updates and enhancements to product offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market.
· Design comprehensive solutions to address client challenges, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and budget constraints.
· Tailor structured solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction and value creation.
· Provide continuous support and training to sales and consulting teams.
· Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that teams are well-equipped to utilize and promote solutions effectively.
· Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the product management ecosystem and operational efficiency.
· Work on enhancing processes to streamline product lifecycle management.
· Fully support the deliverables of product development projects and handle ad-hoc requests as required.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of product and solution development.
· Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and deliver client-centric solutions.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
