• Support team in handling operational matters, including review and update dispute cases
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for Ops to review AR outstanding
• Liaise with customer and bank where necessary
• Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs
• Responsible for Monthly/ Year-end Financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared
• Liaise with internal/external Auditors for audit queries
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles are up-to-date and properly documented
• Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate must possess a locally recognized Diploma or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Banking / Business / Accountancy or other quantitative fields
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting.
• Communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and board members.
• Identify and assess financial risks facing the organization, such as market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect the organization's assets.
• Monitor risk exposures and implement controls to manage risk effectively.
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and meet financial obligations.
• Monitor cash balances, cash forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, such as managing receivables and payables effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handles a full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.
• Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts including creditors, intercompany, fixed assets and banks
• Consolidation of management accounts and financial reports
• Prepares quarterly GST submission and other statutory returns
• Oversee monthly payroll computation and handle queries regarding payrolls
• Cash flow and other financial forecast

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance, or equivalent
• Candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Knowledge in Xero would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Team player with good analytical skills
