Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a smooth interview process by collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, and provide detailed instructions and relevant information to all parties.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including conducting employee screenings, issuing offer letters, and managing the collection of necessary employee documents and declarations.
- Handle work pass applications for employees and their dependents, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, ensuring adherence to data management best practices.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries thoughtfully, accurately, and promptly.
- Perform other duties and support additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a focus on process improvement and service delivery.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and handling high-volume workloads with minimal supervision.
- Open to embracing new HR technologies and adapting to evolving processes.
