• Min 5-8 years’ working experience in sales and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
• Relevant industry connections/clientele in the Singapore market
• Strong relationship development/management, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proficiency in Cantonese (both written and spoken) to liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients
• Previous/current experience as a private banker, bancassurance specialist, or insurance specialist
