RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Manager will oversee the Accounts Department at Peacehaven, managing the full spectrum of financial matters for all units. This role involves driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with funding agreements, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

* Financial Operations & Policy Development:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial policies and procedures.

* Funding & Grants Management:

• Manage funding and grant agreements, including monitoring updates and expirations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of government funding claims.

* Financial Reporting & Budgeting:

• Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports.
• Consolidate and prepare the annual budget for all units in Peacehaven.

* Financial Analysis & Recommendations:

• Perform financial analysis and identify trends for improvement.
• Assess areas of risk and provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with funding and grant management is an advantage.

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

4. Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control

Requirements:

1. Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA and other qualifications are preferred
