The Director of Finance has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, management, and operation of all finance activities within the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and negotiations. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for experience in the entertainment and F&B sectors.

· Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Operations

• In charge of General Ledger including month-end/year-end accounts closing process.
• Supervise and review the work performed by Accounts Receivable/Payable officers.
