Service Excellence:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from insurance customers promptly
• Provide the end-to-end customer service required to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage, and claims processes
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints within the SLA turnaround time

Reporting to group CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing group financial reporting, planning & analysis as well as tax and treasury. You will review consolidated financial statements and prepare SGX announcements in accordance to exchange requirements. You will oversee all audit and compliance matters and liase with external stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration with CA/CPA qualification. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for the companies under the Private Mobility Group
2. Assist the finance manager in guiding the finance team and providing sound accounting knowledge

Financial Reporting:
