• Proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance in a multinational or regional setting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SEA markets and cultures; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional SEA language or Japanese is advantageous.
• Experience in retail industries (fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics) preferred.
