Education:

We are looking for a Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our client's company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic planning in the fast-paced Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize the company’s financial performance, cash flow, and liquidity.

Job Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management Handle payroll matters: release (per operations/management instruction), and process final salary payments for employees.
   Address payroll-related inquiries and complaints from site officers.
