Review draft loan documentation

• Review clauses relevant to facility agent and security agent roles for both new and existing transactions and to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

This is a front office role for which the incumbent will provide transaction execution and legal structuring and advisory support to SPDA-SSG (Securitisation Group) business, products and operating platform across Asia Pacific.
