Job Summary

Reports to the Finance Manager. The role should have hands-on experience in handling finance operations across group entities. The individual would have strong attention to detail, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and be a self-starter.

Role and Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance, tax, and bank reconciliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives within the banking sector. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional communication, promote digitalization, automation, and standardization of business processes, and provide hands-on project support to teams working across various time zones. The role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of a portfolio of projects and initiatives across various business units in the banking sector.
• Facilitate communication across functions to standardize business processes, promote digital transformation, and implement automation across the region.
• Provide hands-on support to project teams located in different time zones, including collaborating with on-site, remote, and offshore service providers.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of the team, including senior leadership from technology and operations, to ensure projects achieve intended business outcomes.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience with stakeholder management, including effective communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or have completed professional training in program/project management.
