We are looking to hire a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. The incumbent will play a critical role in delivery on the transformation program. He/She will work with product teams, technical leads, and vendor SMEs, and will have direct accountability in ensuring that business requirements are designed and implemented as per expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of GPE platform, including successful integration of the platform with ecosystems.
• Leverage domain and technical expertise to set direction and drive project execution.
• Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Measure delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders across GPS, GT&O and other teams to drive development of execution plans to enable realization of GPE strategies. Execution plans outline multi-year strategic outcomes (based on target state) and the activities required to support achievement of those outcomes.
• Summarize, create presentations, and present initiative-specific, compelling, executive-ready presentations conveying the strategy, business case, and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership across product, operations, technology, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 4 – 6 years of Project Manager / Delivery lead related experience in the banking / financial domain
• Experience in the payments domain will be an advantage
• Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Defect management tools.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage delivery of complex, integration projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong technology delivery capability and leadership from strategy alignment, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving.
• Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team

Responsibilities

• Update receipts from trade debtors into Accounting System (SAP) trade debtors accounts on a daily basis.
• Prepare Daily Bank Deposit Listing & arrange for submission to banks for bank-in.
