• Manage the Finance function of the company including management accounting, budgeting and audit
• Prepare management accounts from recording of transactions up preparation of reports. Reconcile management accounts and audited financial statements. Consolidate group reports and draft financial statements on an annual basis
• Ensure tax compliance including preparation of tax computation, filing and payment of all applicable tax returns, included of GST, S45 and corporate tax.
• Oversee the audit process from preparation of audit requirements to checking of audit reports provided by external auditors.
