The Catering Executive meeting group coordinator prior to functions, make introductions and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Analyze events are order in order to gather guest information determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, action stations etc. Follow up on special event arrangements to ensure compliance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Kitchen Duties:

• Involve in delivering, setting up and tearing down set ups in a timely and organized manner.

• Serves food and beverages to guests when required.

• Packing of logistic equipment and food for each event.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested of you from time to time.

Skills/Qualifications

• Team player/ Responsible/ Hardworking

• Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience in general kitchen operations

• Minimum secondary school education and with a valid food safety course level 1 certificate

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to work independently and support other team members proactively

Responsibilities:

• Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to corporate clients on a variety of legal issues affecting the business.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, such as partnership agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and vendor contracts.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and regulations, including advising on board meetings, corporate resolutions, and bylaws.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's industry and operations and develop compliance strategies.
• Intellectual Property: Protect and manage intellectual property assets globally, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Litigation Management: Oversee and manage legal disputes and litigation, either by handling cases directly or working with external law firms.
• Employment Law: Advise on employment-related legal issues, such as hiring, terminations, discrimination, harassment, and labor law compliance.
• Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company operates within legal boundaries. Including managing the Group’s insurance policies globally and submit and follow up with insurance claims with different stakeholders.
• Legal Research: Stay updated on legal developments and conduct research to provide informed legal opinions and advice.

Requirement:

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience for in-house legal department/law firm.
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ethical and professional conduct.
• Overseas travel when necessary.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with English and Chinese-speaking business partners, both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to prepare and proofread official documents and presentations in both languages when necessary.

Technical & Support Duties

• Assists in the minor changes to business application forms / reports
• Notifies IS vensors of any malfunctioning of hardware and applications
• Reviews reported application or system problems and resolve them on the spot

Routine Duties

• Reviews automated backup logs and perform remediation when backup failed
