Responsibilities:

Fund & Portfolio Finance

#HOT# Intern for Business Support Analyst - Finance ( 3-6 months)

We are seeking a highly motivated part-time intern, including university students, with exceptional communication skills. The role is remote and primarily involves supporting a cryptocurrency trading firm’s daily business growth through English chat (GPT tools may be used).

Salary: SGD 10–15 per hour
Work Hours: 4–8 hours daily, depending on business needs (paid based on hours worked)

Main Responsibilities:

• Write and distribute PR articles after partnership agreements are established
• Regularly provide progress updates to the team
• Utilize excellent communication skills in English (tools like ChatGPT can be used)
• Create and manage PR word templates
• Research potential partners and create PR articles based on findings
• Collect partner logos and create images/videos for article distribution (managing outsourcing)
• Coordinate and schedule content with partners
• Manage outsourced creation of articles, images, and videos for SNS promotion (preferred but not required)
• Provide support for community calls, AMAs, and moderation

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills in English (both writing and speaking)
• Interest in exploring BizDev/PR practices within the global Web3/DeFi space
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear progress reports
• Financial knowledge is not required, BUT candidates with finance knowledge or a strong interest in cryptocurrency trading are highly welcome.

End-to-end M&A Process

Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and completion.

Oversee the preparation of information memorandum, detailed financial models, valuations, and forecasts to assess the feasibility of transactions.

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards throughout the M&A process.

Enhanced Reporting and Executive Communication:

• Supervise the preparation and review of detailed transaction reports, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity.

• Communicate complex financial information and strategic insights effectively to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or potential buyers

Prepare and present detailed transaction reports and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.

Project Leadership and Management:

• Lead multiple project teams, ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

• Apply advanced project management techniques to optimize team performance and project deliverables, while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align M&A strategies with broader corporate objectives and ensure smooth post-transaction integration.

Client Relationship and Business Development:

• Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the M&A process.

• Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations for new business and continuous client engagement, enhancing firm’s market position and growth.

Mentorship and Leadership Training:

• Participate in the creation and delivery of training programs. Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced practitioners, guiding them to reach their potential.

A successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university (local or overseas) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.

Certifications:

• CFA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.

• Passing the MAPPI Exam for P1, P2 will be prioritized.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or auditing, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm.

• Proven track record in transaction advisory and project finance across all project stages.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to diagnose project problems, develop solutions, and facilitate decision-making.

• Strong client communication skills and experience in managing client expectations and team leadership.

• Professional demeanor with excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

• Endowus – Subs/redemption/div/deposit and enquiries related to endowus’s client.
