Job Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.
• To assist the Reporting Officer in the operation and administrative works:
• Updating work schedule;
• Renewal of licenses with government and statutory board;

What do we expect from you?

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. How your day looks like?

Accounts Payable (AP)

•    Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper approvals.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

•    Prepare and issue invoices for guests, groups, and corporate clients.

General Accounting

•   Record financial transactions in the hotel’s accounting system.

Financial Reporting

•  Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with financial statements.
•  Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
