As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development and quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry products. - Stand in as a baker and assume full production duties during emergencies or staffing shortages, ensuring that operations continue smoothly without compromising quality.
