• Perform documentation checks within specified standards of credit quality and turnaround time and highlight deviations.
• Perform pre-disbursement compliance checks and highlight discrepancies and deviations.
• Complete Documentation Checklist for Disbursement/Activation and ensure standards & regulatory guidelines are complied with.
• Monitor compliance of special conditions on credit facilities offered and highlight deviations.
• Prepare letters varying terms and condition of credit facilities.
• Follow up on outstanding title deeds for safekeeping with law firms.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Management, Accounting, or any related discipline.
• With minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Meticulous with eye for details.
• Good understanding of operational risks.
• Good communication & problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Description:

• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expat)
• Responsible for full scope of payroll
• Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Handle payroll accounting tasks such as preparation of all payrolls related journals (including accruals) and uploading them into the system.
• Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
• Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
• Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
• Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
• Manage Government Leave Grant
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
• Prepare benefits-in-kind for payroll upload.
• Assist Employee Services Executive in employee benefits programs administration, such as generating employees’ listings for employees’ insurance renewals, employee medical matters, etc.
• Support in preparation of journal and perform reconciliation.

As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in managing our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will spend 70% of your time on creative operations, 30% on data analytics across 3 brands across SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:

• Assist in creating briefs for new product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Platform Management:

• Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
• Analyze user experience data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and smooth checkout processes.
• Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders.

3. Campaign Support:

• Assist in creating briefs for online promotional campaigns
• Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plans
• Aid in the execution of online promotional campaigns such as sales & KPIs recording
• Conduct competitive and market analysis

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Assist in analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design agencies, affiliates & regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.

- Manage project timeline & progresses, adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Must have 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Experience in Lazada store operations a plus.
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description:

• Actively manage a calendar of events across all 4 South East Asia offices
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of client events in Singapore
• Plan, coordinate and produce virtual events and physical events in the offices within time limits.
• Execute the technical aspects for remote broadcasting.
• Develop, update and maintain event email distribution lists using firm’s Interaction system.
