· Oversee and responsible for implementation of internal ERP

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accounting discipline or at least with ACCA certification.

· At least 6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, 3 years in audit and 3 years in managerial/supervisory experience.

Job Summary

This role has a direct reporting line to the CFO. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Business Units (BU) on all finance-related matters, including financial analysis, cost modeling, preparation and review of monthly and annual accounts, annual budgets and forecasts. • Supporting the day to day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – Using QuickBooks (or Xero)
• Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
• GST-Filing: Collate all the necessary documentation and reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance

Finance (40%):

• Organise the planning and forecasting process to build a complete picture of our P&L

Overall Team Support (30%):

• Prepare Director’s claim on monthly basis
• Record and keep track of employees’ leave benefits

• Perform financial planning and analysis work, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, to support decision-making across the organization.
