• Source for accommodations and deal with housing agents or dormitory operators including negotiation for the best rental and renewals.
• To manage assignments of housing or dormitories with Area/Operations Managers to achieve and optimise occupancies rate.
• To control, manage, and optimise all costs and expenses management with Area/Operations Managers.
• Coordinate and liaise with HR Business Partner (HRBP) and/or Area/Operations Manager assigned to work with the Accommodation Coordinator on all accommodation matters and issues.
• To brief tenants on house rules, terms and conditions and proper maintenance of accommodation during tenure.
• To provide a schedule and be involve in quarterly inspection of foreign workers’ accommodation with Operations and preparation of reports and submit to Area/Operations Managers, Operations Director and Head, HR/HR Manager.
• To take disciplinary action against non-compliance, if necessary, with Area/Operations Manager.
• Prepare payment request for housing deposit, rental for renewal or new unit, and to any handyman if repair is required through HRBP.
• Notify tenant to pay for utilities. Notify the tenant on a monthly basis to pay and show proof of payment to landlord.
• Assist in opening of new SP account for new property.
• Assist in reviewing tenancy agreement with housing agencies for housing (include meeting the Landlord to update on HDB portal through HRBP when there is change in workers particulars) and getting endorsement of agreement by Area/Operations Manager before seeking approval from Head. HR & Admin.
• Assist in Stamping of Tenancy Agreement for all units through Housing Agencies.
• Handing and taking over property. Includes taking Videos and Photos of the property.
• Arrange to purchase Mattress with Bed frame for tenant, inclusive of preparation of payment request with Finance.
• Arrange any cleaning if tenant did not clear up after moving out, inclusive of preparation of payment request with Finance.
• Arrange any disposal of leftover items that tenant did not clear up after moving out, inclusive of preparation of payment request or process any deduction from deposit by the landlord, and back charge to the operations site.
• Safe keeping of landlord keys in the key press, including assisting to provide key to tenant in the event of loss of key(s).
• Preparation of service charge fee to tenant who request for providing replacement of loss key through HRBP.

HRBP (Recruitment & Employment Branding)

Position Overview

This role supports the HR function with a primary focus on global recruitment and employment branding. The Junior HRBP will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and enhance the organization's external and internal employer brand. The ideal candidate has foundational HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences. This position requires occasional domestic and international travel to attend career fairs, campus events, and other branding initiatives in support of a global hiring scope.

Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth global recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide relevant candidate profiles for global positions.
• Support candidate outreach and pipeline development efforts through social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions worldwide.
• Travel occasionally to attend job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events in multiple regions.

Employer Branding

• Contribute to employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice across different markets.
• Create engaging career-related content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, and videos) targeting diverse audiences.
• Manage the company’s career pages on global job boards and social platforms to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Represent the organization at international job fairs and other global forums to increase brand visibility.

HR Coordination & Support

• Support the Senior HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, orientation, employee records, etc.).
• Collect and analyze global recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Compliance & Policy
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple regions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment and employer branding, with a global perspective.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners across different countries and time zones.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring teams, and HR leadership to facilitate a smooth international hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, HR, recruitment, or related roles is preferred.
• Exposure to employer branding or marketing initiatives is a plus.
• Experience with or understanding of global recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies, especially in a global context.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
