Responsibilities

• Assist in performing detailed financial analysis and modeling for M&A and capital raising transactions.

Qualifications

For Senior Associate, at least 2 – 3 years of experiences in M&A and/or capital raising deal experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
