Job Summary
The Finance & Admin Personnel will manage daily financial and administrative activities. This includes accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial guidance for strategic planning.
They will also oversee office management, resource allocation, procurement, and process improvement, while providing strategic advice on financial matters.
Finance Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
b) Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards, ensuring all financial activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. This includes managing audits and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
c) Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance. Provide financial guidance to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
d) Proficiency in Financial Software: Utilize financial software and tools effectively for accounting, reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems is essential for efficient financial management.
Administration Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions, including managing schedules and deadlines1.
b) Provide comprehensive back-end support:Coordinate with management and communicate HQ directions and company culture to all offices.
c) Resource Allocation and Procurement: Allocate responsibilities and office space, purchase new materials, monitor costs and expenses, and handle local and global sourcing, procurement, and logistics coordination.
d) Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify process bottlenecks, offer solutions for improvement, ensure proficiency in MS Office, and manage ISO, GMP documentation, registration, and records.
Working (Timing): Monday to Friday (9 am ~ 6 pm)
