Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.

Senior Accountant - SPV and Corporate Accounting

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage the financial operations for both Special
Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and corporate entities. This role combines hands-on accounting work

Core Responsibilities

1. SPV Financial Management
• Establish and maintain financial books for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

Job Summary

This role has a direct reporting line to the CFO. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Business Units (BU) on all finance-related matters, including financial analysis, cost modeling, preparation and review of monthly and annual accounts, annual budgets and forecasts. About the Role:
