Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

Job Description:

1. Provide support to manager on day-to-day work and operations

- Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation. (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial)

- Assist in reviewing and preparation of purchase order, quotations, invoicing and processing of payments weekly.

- Plan, organize, prepare for meetings and discussions – internal and external, online and offline.

- Ensure timely follow up on outstanding matters and with relevant parties for efficiency.

- Be point of contact for internal and external communications, coordination and correspondences with relevant parties.

2. Provide support in business processes

- Coordination, monitoring and communication of ongoing and new projects and tasks with relevant department, or external parties such as customers and suppliers.

- Administrative support on data entry and data-imaging for sorting, filings and/or retrieving of corporate records, business documents and/or reports.

3. Ad-hoc assignments – as and when assigned

Requirements:

1. Able to work independently and self-driven.

2. Professional proficiency level in verbal and written communication skills.

3. Good understanding on Teams / Zooms functions.

4. Good understanding on the entire MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

· Work pass application & renewal

· Medical arrangement for foreign employees

· Provide general administrative & operational support

· Maintain employee data listing

· Submit relevant bills to account department

· Flight arrangement & booking

· In-charge of staff Uniform, such as Issue and order uniform / safety shoes

· Courses arrangement

· Check and update monthly roster, time attendance and leave records for Operations

Requirements

· Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent.

· Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations to advantage.

· Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.

· Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR developments.

· Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task

· Proficient in MS Office

· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
